Man of a milion faces.

I've always loved the human face. I see it everywhere, in everything. But not the pretty face, I see the crooked nose, the lazy eye, the missing tooth. I seek to to capture the beauty of ugliness. Some of my inspirations include Diane Arbus, John Currin, and Charles Bukowski, those artists who celebrate the grotesque that society tries to hide.

"Most people go through life dreading they'll have a traumatic experience. Freaks were born with their trauma. They've already passed their test in life. They're aristocrats."

-Diane Arbus

I am a San Francisco based artist but I'm also a computer programmer and digital animator. I do not consider these skills separate from my fine art, as I'm usually involved in very artistic software projects. The art here is for sale,  (unless otherwise noted). If you see something you might be interested in, feel free to contact me using the form below. Please realize these are original pieces and I price them accordingly.
